Alvarez sits with a bottle in hand and a woman sitting half on his lap, while Rook sits alone facing them. Alvarez continues to dominate the conversation, "Although I wouldn't want to be stuck here come winter. This place is too small for making your fortune, and when the docks are empty I hear the sheep outnumber the locals. If I were you, I'd be looking for a way back to the ocean."
Rook says carefully, "If you're offering what I think ye are, thanke, but I've got my own plans made."
Alvarez gestures a second woman over, while the one in his lap sits docile with her head tilted against his. In the background, the larger man watches and looks smug. While gesturing, Alvarez continues "Plans are well and all but they're no match for a ship in the harbor. Consider it? And in the meanwhile, there's drink and pretty ladies, and just for tonight I'm buying. How's that for a plan?"
Rook looks uncertain, watching the second woman approach. "That's... generous indeed. I've time enough for a drink, at least."
Alvarez continues gesturing and talking, wine bottle in hand, while the second woman hangs off Rook with her arm around his shoulders. Rook sits listening with his lips pressed together, trying to look interested but expression awkward. He keeps both hands firmly clasped around his mug, as if pretending the woman hanging off him is not even there.
